The historic castle in Teisbach in the Dingolfing area was built in the 14th century, almost completely reconstructed in the 16th century and given a Neo-Gothic look at the end of the 19th century. In 1970/72 the castle underwent extensive renovation. Since 1913 the square castle with its domed tower, gable with swallow-tail battlements and circular wall has been owned by the town of Dingolfing.
