The airport Memmingen in Allgäu is one of the few airports in Bavaria that are open for film shoots. It offers a noise protection hall, hangar, four bases (not open for filming), etc. With 3.2 million passengers (2024), it is the tenth biggest and highest commercial airport in Germany.
