The Hirschau is one of the four large beer gardens in the English Garden. Near the Chinese Pagoda and the Kleinhesseloher Lake, this 175-year-old beer garden offers playgrounds, parking facilities and sports areas, as well as an adjacent restaurant. In the beer garden, with its gravelled floor, old chestnut trees and large sunshades, there is also a stage for regular music performances. Moreover lanterns provide atmospheric lighting.
