High bridge in Dingolfing
The high bridge is one of the landmark sights in the town of Dingolfing and leads from the upper town south over the Asenbach River. The bridge was built in 1612 as a brick construction with five arched bays, and restored in 1966. The bridge is 18.4 m high and has an external high bridge span and a wayside shrine dedicated to St. Nepomuk as well as a “hoofprint” shape.
