Fugger Palace
The Fugger buildings in Augsburg’s Maximilianstraße were the residence of the Fugger family between 1512 and 1515. The Fugger buildings are used today both for residential and commercial purposes. The Fugger Palace has several inner courtyards, such as the Damenhof (Ladies’ Courtyard), which was the first grand Renaissance courtyard in Germany.
