Dannerhof - Danner farm

Nestled in a rural region characterised by agriculture and the automotive industry, the Dannerhof estate presents itself as a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary architecture. The former farmstead has been sensitively renovated and rebuilt, and today combines its historic character with modern living and functional design. The complex comprises: a spacious barn, which can be booked for corporate and private events for up to 70 people, as well as for photo and film shoots; a modern detached house with a pool; and two self-sufficient tiny houses. The barn forms the heart of the estate. With an open roof structure, exposed wooden beams and generous ceiling heights, it combines rural authenticity with modern clarity. Large openings allow plenty of natural light into the space, creating a warm, natural ambience. The barn’s floor plan is clearly and openly structured. The central area forms a spacious main room without fixed partitions. The two tiny houses complement the ensemble as self-contained, self-sufficient retreats. Despite their compact size of 34 m², they offer a full sense of space thanks to intelligent planning. Large windows create brightness and connect the minimalist interior with the surrounding nature. The privately occupied detached house combines modern living with the character of the original farmstead.
