The historical farm "die Bartlmühle" is located in an isolated location near Passau, Lower Bavaria. The farm is surrounded by meadows and forests and yet easily accessible by the A3 freeway. In the courtyard is a store for decoration, delicatessen, cosmetics also there is an event room the Event-Stadl.
