Almbachklamm Gorge
The three-kilometre long Almbach Gorge, with its stunning waterfalls, is a wild and romantic example of one of the few remaining gorges in the Bavarian Alps. The deep gorge along the Almback river was blasted out of the rock and built with 29 bridges and walkways as well as 320 stone steps and a tunnel.
