“Villa 2” was built in 1995 on “Munich Street” exclusively as a full set for the series “Katrin” in the late-19th-century style of the Gründerzeit. It is fully suitable for performance on three floors – ground floor, upper floor, and attic – with a total area of approx. 400 square meters. The upper floors can be reached by a staircase. The length of the set is approx. 12 meters, the depth approx. 14 meters, and the height approx. 15 meters. On the ground floor, two large wing doors create a spacious suite of three rooms, whose luxurious furnishings of parquet flooring, stucco, and glass doors captivate the eye. All the rooms can be uniformly painted or wallpapered as required, while the open ceilings provide space for setting up spotlights. A large kitchen with water supply and a small bathroom are set up as scenery, and the house can be heated with oil heating in the winter.
