St. Peter’s Church, which was documented for the first time in 1181, is the oldest parish church in Munich. It is in direct proximity to Marienplatz in Munich’s city centre. Its tower, also called “Old Peter”, has a viewing platform at a height of 56 m with one of the highest views over the whole of Munich.
