Rothenburg Town Hall, which is situated in the centre of the historical Old Town, was built in a gothic and renaissance style. It features a 48-metre-tall tower and arcades dating back to 1681. It also features a spiral staircase and the 400 m2 Kaisersaal, which was once used to receive the emperor himself.
