With approximately 6 million visitors every year, Munich’s Oktoberfest is the largest folk festival in the world and has taken place since 1810 on the Theresienwiese fairground. In addition to numerous fairground rides and stalls, visitors have a choice of 14 large and 15 small beer tents.
