The Hofspielhaus has two large, inviting reception rooms with two glass fronts and separate entrances and exits onto the small inner courtyard, which is not overlooked. The basement houses the bar and the theatre space with flexible theatre staging, which can be arranged as required. A new loft space with a view of the courtyard is located on the first floor. The facilities also include a kitchen. Despite its central location and its proximity to the Hofbräuhaus, the Hofspielhaus is in a quiet side street.
