Dennenlohe Palace Gardens (Schlosspark) is home to the largest rhododendron park in southern Germany and a botanical garden with over 20 hectares and three different park sections. The Schlosspark features eleven islands along the Dennenlohe palace pond, which can be accessed via numerous bridges and walkways. Since March 2014, an original Bhutan temple from Bhutan has been located in Dennenlohe Palace Gardens, as well as a prayer drum temple with waterway and a camera obscura.
