Baur Tower in Klenze Park
The Baur tower is part of the fortress building. It has a large inner courtyard and is located in the middle of the Klenze park. The inner rooms house the municipal music school. The inner courtyard is used as an open-air stage and open-air cinema in summer. A grandstand is set up there in summer. (Use on request). The Baur Tower is part of the bridgehead on the southern bank of the Danube of the Ingolstadt fortress and served as the western flank tower of the Tilly Reduit.
