The castle complex consists of a core area (the castle) in the west and the former agricultural buildings in the east. The built-up area and a c. 5-ha. park to the south are encircled by a perimeter wall. The castle has historically important, well-maintained rooms like the Ahnensaal, Roter Salon (Red Salon) and the Gobelinsaal. Among the agricultural buildings there is also a disused brewery.
