The airport Memmingen in the Allgäu or Allgäu Airport is one of the few airports in Bavaria that are open for film shoots. It offers a noise protection hall, hangar, two bases, etc. With 1.72 million passengers (2019), it is the smallest of three commercial airports in Bavaria and the highest commercial airport in Germany.
