The spatial design of the Canis Resort focuses on species-appropriate animal care against the backdrop of an appealing architectonic and landscaping concept. Attuned to the needs of our four-legged friends, the dog lodges, consisting of a small house and garden, provide both the possibility of withdrawal and freedom to roam. A closely meshed, seemingly transparent steel fence sheathes the dog lodges like a spider’s web; starting from the oval of the floor plan, it curves up and inwards around the house and garden like a bird’s nest. The central reception building of the resort, with a classic, simple design, has an interior flooded with light thanks to its glass front and open foyer.
